European Product Engineer – AI Robotic Picking & Demos

Job summary

Berkshire Grey is seeking a Product Engineer to serve as a multi-disciplinary European technical resource, interfacing with Sales and Customers on AI-driven robotic picking solutions for warehouses. This role will manage the Amsterdam showroom/demo/test site, and conduct pre-sales and post-sales customer site visits.

Success requires cross-disciplinary collaboration and a passion for supporting internal and external customers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, physics, math, economics, or related field.
• Ability to present findings and build consensus.
• Presentation and public speaking
• 2+ years of experience with warehouse logistics, automation or industrial robotics.
• Experience working on teams bringing products to market or a start-up.
• Trouble shooting and root cause analysis
• Fluent Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Lead European Demo and Test site for Robotic Picking and coordinate visits to BG Amsterdam.
• Conduct customer site pre-sale visits and evaluate customer requirements vs technology.
• Perform visits to existing and ramping customer sites and analyze onsite data to increase value.
