Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across the energy and process industries in Europe. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, tailoring go-to-market strategies and pricing for EMS, energy management, and optimization solutions.

You will build high-value relationships with multi-national customers, collaborate with product and regional teams, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of energy systems and electricity markets.
• Experience in EMS and practical application in industrial/utilities.
• Knowledge of DCS and optimization solutions.
• Proven B2B solution sales and full funnel management.
• Excellent presentation and multicultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Define pricing and lead negotiations.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and market expansion plans.
• Build and manage a revenue-generating sales pipeline.
• Travel internationally as required.
