Job summary

Everflow is seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. You will enable brands to design competitive affiliate programs, coach sales teams, and expertly match brands with the right partners.

This role blends strategy with execution, across multiple verticals and markets in Europe and the MENA region. You will work hybrid with the local team, leveraging a consultative mindset to drive client success, program quality, and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager or in an agency role managing affiliate/partner programs across multiple verticals.
• Based in Amsterdam.
• Strong understanding of various traffic sources (media buyers, content/review, email, coupon/deal, loyalty & cashback, social & native).
• Comfortable guiding brands to success with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Brand Enablement: work with EMEA brands to structure competitive offers and prepare partners.
• Sales & AM Support: coach sales reps and AMs on marketplace positioning and enablement tooling.
• Partner Matching: understand traffic sources to match brands with the right partners.
• Cross-Vertical Fluency: adapt strategy across GLP-1/Telehealth, Consumer Finance, Supplements, DTC/Ecom, Lead Gen.
• Local Market Expertise: apply EMEA localization norms and partner landscape.
