Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Partnerships Consultant to elevate affiliate marketing and content partnerships for our clients. You will work with the Partnerships team to drive growth, optimize publisher relationships, and craft strategic plans for campaigns across markets.

Youll join a collaborative environment in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, with a hybrid work policy and English and Dutch language requirements. Youll mentor junior consultants and contribute to winning pitches and case studies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in (international) affiliate marketing.
• Experience with multiple networks, especially Partnerize.
• Experience deploying full funnel with various publisher types.
• Analytical, flexible and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; English required, Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients’ affiliate programs and partner networks.
• Analyze and report on campaign results for clients.
• Consult on opportunities and innovations in partnerships.
• Develop strategies for product launches and publisher recruitment.
• Lead reporting and optimize campaigns for growth.
