Job summary

Versuni (formerly Philips Domestic Appliances) is seeking an Amazon e‑Key Account Manager (Netherlands & Belgium) to accelerate Amazon Retail growth. You will lead the end-to-end relationship, JBPs, content, availability, and media optimization to maximize revenue and margin.

The role requires 5+ years in e‑commerce/ marketplaces, strong Amazon operational knowledge, and English proficiency; Dutch skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Experience managing Amazon as a 1P Vendor.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon operational levers (OTIF, NIS, content, availability).
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills preferred.
• Based in Amsterdam, willing to commute 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Amazon Retail relationship with Belgium and Netherlands as the primary contact.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plans with revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor margin and optimize category/product mix and promotions.
• Ensure New Item Setup (NIS) for launches with content, compliance and supply readiness.
• Maintain catalog health including PDP quality and organic visibility.
• Coordinate with Content Team to optimize product pages, A+ content, and Brand Stores.
• Drive media effectiveness with Agency; manage Sponsored Ads/DSP campaigns.
• Track weekly/monthly performance across sales, traffic, and media-driven sales.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, RGM, and Category teams.
• Align promotions and advertising with local teams.
• Support global-to-local assortment, pricing, and content governance.
• T-shaped European category ownership for NIS and portfolio optimization.
• Interface with global Amazon teams to embed best practices.
