You’ll shape a multi-year strategic framework, lead joint business planning, and enable retail media and consumer activation to fuel sustainable growth for iconic mass-market brands.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of e-commerce mechanics with hands-on experience on major platforms (Amazon a strong plus).
• Proven ability to build sustainable customer relationships and manage complex negotiations.
• Strong communication skills to navigate transversal and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute annual commercial and activation plans for Benelux e-commerce.
• Lead yearly commercial negotiations and align brand goals with partner strategies.
• Navigate matrix structures and coordinate with European and international partners.
• Analyze sales data to optimize inventory, digital shelf visibility and performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance for operational excellence.
