You will develop candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted tools, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to employer branding and recruitment improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate recruitment experience.
• Experience with non-technical and commercial roles.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication.
