Job summary

Lan Handling Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a Recruiter to manage a busy HR agenda in a Dutch‑English environment. You’ll handle recruitment tasks, screen candidates in Workable, and coordinate video interviews with hiring managers across technical roles.

You’ll also contribute to onboarding experiences for new employees, and help develop the EVP and employer branding to attract top talent. The role offers a flexible week and a mix of hands‑on recruitment and HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years relevant work experience as a Recruiter.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English languages.
• Finished HBO/WO education

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of HR and recruitment activities in a Dutch‑English environment.
• Screen candidates in Workable and schedule video calls.
• Coordinate first interviews with hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and EVP/employer branding efforts
