Priva (The Netherlands) invites an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to De Lier to own the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and commercial roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft attractive profiles and ensure a smooth candidate experience while aligning with our business goals.

Fluent Dutch and English, 3–5 years of corporate recruitment experience, and strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter help you succeed.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with hiring managers and stakeholders to define profiles and criteria.
• Attention to candidate experience and employer branding; ability to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical and commercial roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, strategies and criteria.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools.
• Proactively source and engage talent in the market.
• Help hiring managers design structured interview and selection processes.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction activities.
• Use market insights to advise the business and improve processes.
