Job summary

Priva in the Netherlands is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to bridge HR and business units, overseeing full-lifecycle recruitment for non-technical roles, and driving candidate experience and manager experience.

You will optimize sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and an AI Sourcing tool, partner with hiring managers, design interview loops, and contribute to employer branding. Fluency in Dutch and English, independence, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Your job in a nutshell

1. Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for mostly non-technical roles, keeping a sharp eye on both candidate experience and manager experience.
2. Optimize candidate sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter (including the AI Sourcing tool).
3. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements, design structured interview loops, and align talent acquisition goals with long-term company growth.
4. Enhance candidate experience and employer branding, realizing that you can make a huge difference in candidate experience. We are in early infancy when it comes to employer branding, so you would bring experience in this field from previous employment.
