The role is part-time (24 hrs per week) and involves managing recruitment processes and supporting employee development. Candidates should have 4–5 years of HR experience and strong knowledge of Dutch labour law. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in HR, ideally in an international or SME environment.
• Proven background in recruitment and employee coaching.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law.
• Proactive, approachable, and passionate about people development.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and external partners.
• Partner with managers to support performance management and career development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, including sickness and reintegration cases.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR‑related questions from employees and managers.
• Collaborate closely with the Global HR Director and local HR & Finance team.
