Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Dutch-speaking Renewal Specialist to drive growth and retention for our AECO-focused SaaS products from our Bodegraven office. You will own renewal campaigns, coordinate with Customer Success and Sales, and implement proactive strategies to maximize contract renewals.

In this role you will manage a high volume of renewals, identify churn risks, and communicate issues clearly to internal stakeholders while ensuring timely signed renewals and revenue protection for our

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of success within a SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of software renewal processes, strategies, and concepts.
• Fluent Dutch and good English (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive renewal strategies to maximize retention and significantly reduce churn.
• Manage a high volume of renewals in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders to ensure critical renewal contracts are signed on time.
• Communicate risks clearly and quickly to internal stakeholders while developing resolution strategies.
