Job summary

Trimble seeks a Renewal Specialist (Dutch speaker) to own renewals and drive retention in the AECO sector. Location is Bodegraven, NL, in-office at least 4 days/week, working with Customer Success and Sales to safeguard renewal revenue.

You will identify churn risks, implement resolution strategies, and collaborate with CSMs to ensure timely contract closures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven SaaS renewal experience.
• Strong knowledge of software renewal processes and strategies.
• Fluent Dutch and good English (minimum B1).
• Proficient in Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• High autonomy with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive renewal strategies to maximize retention and reduce churn.
• Manage a high volume of renewals in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with decision-makers and stakeholders to sign critical renewal contracts on time.
• Clearly communicate risks and develop resolution strategies.
