Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-English Customer Service Associate to support clients on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece. This seasonal role develops skills in the travel and customer service industries, with potential for long-term growth within the award-winning team.

You will handle inquiries, research solutions, and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction while acting as a brand ambassador for a globally recognized company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B service.
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product knowledge.
• Greece resident or able to relocate and obtain work authorization in Greece quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues.
• Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners, resolving basic questions such as modifications to rooms, rates, availability, extranet tools, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience.
