Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & Digital Transformation Specialist to lead the modernization of our internal business systems and drive our digital initiatives in the Greater Rotterdam area.

You will own CRM and HR systems projects (Salesforce and HR platforms), work with vendors and IT partners, and bridge business needs with technical delivery, ensuring user adoption and measurable process improvements.

Qualifications

Experience in managing business systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting or implementing business applications.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
Fluency in Dutch; English proficiency as needed.

Responsibilities

Understand and support existing business applications and workflows.
Take ownership of legacy systems currently maintained by an external vendor; drive modernization.
Identify opportunities to digitize manual and paper-based processes.
Improve operational efficiency through technology and process changes.
Act as the bridge between business users and technical partners.
Lead CRM and HR systems implementation, including Salesforce and HR platforms.
Gather business requirements, translate to technical specs, and support UAT and training.
Coordinate system enhancements with vendors and IT partners; manage relationships.
Drive vendor management and ensure service delivery aligns with department goals.
