The role requires fluent Dutch and English at C1, strong communication, and the ability to manage large amounts of information in a fast-paced 24/7 rotation. Onsite position with accommodation support and a generous welcome bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written Dutch.
• C1 level English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction.
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment.
