WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Porto, Portugal onsite team. You will deliver professional, empathetic support to customers across markets and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high-quality service experience.

The role requires fluent Dutch, C1 English, excellent communication, problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a 24/7 rotational environment. Accommodation support is available for relocation.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch.
• C1 level of English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
