Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide professional, empathetic support across multiple markets from Porto, Portugal (onsite). The role requires fluent Dutch and English (C1) and features 24/7 rotational shifts with a base salary of €1,100 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a €4,000 welcome bonus and accommodation support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
• C1 level of English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
• Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
• Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment
