Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Porto, Portugal. You will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets, handling inquiries and ensuring a high-quality experience.

You must be fluent in Dutch (verbal and written) and have C1 English, with a willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational environment. Onsite role in Porto with accommodation support; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written Dutch (DUTCH) communication.
• C1 level English required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn, retain and manage large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support more than one market when required.
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures.
• Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally.
• Prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every interaction.
• Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment.
