Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert based in Athens to deliver after-sales support for premium appliances via phone, email, and live chat. Salesforce CRM is used to log interactions and manage cases.

The role may include English-language support during peak periods. You will handle product-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to written support channels while collaborating with a global team.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C1 Dutch proficiency.
• B2–C1 English (required for training and internal communication)
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global appliances brand for a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert based in Athens. You will deliver after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, and chat, primarily for premium coffee machines and grinders.

You'll work within a structured support environment using Salesforce to log and manage customer interactions. During peak capacity, you may also support English-speaking customers from the UK and Ireland, and contribute to written support channels.
