Job summary

Next Job Abroad, launching a brand-new pilot team in Greece, is looking for Dutch-speaking customer ambassadors to support premium espresso and kitchen gadget users across Europe.

You will handle inbound calls, emails and chats, guide users through setup and troubleshooting, and manage delivery and refund questions using Salesforce and cutting-edge AI tools. Fully paid training and a nesting phase prepare you for a hybrid working arrangement after probation.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2-C1).
• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
• Open-minded, communicative and solution-driven personality.
• Willing to relocate to Greece and live as an expat.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chats from Dutch-speaking customers about premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Guide users through setup and troubleshooting, and assist with delivery status and refunds.
• Use Salesforce CRM and AI applications to manage daily interactions.
• Collaborate within a large language team and operate in a multilingual environment.

What You\'ll Do Every Day (The Daily Vibe)

• Be the Coffee Hero: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with their premium espresso and kitchen gadgets.
• Provide Smart After-Sales Support: Guide users through fun, uncomplex daily scenarios—from setting up their new machines and troubleshooting simple quirks to handling delivery status and refund inquiries.
• Work with Top Tech: Manage your daily customer interactions smoothly using industry-leading CRM software (Salesforce) and cutting-edge internal AI applications.

Requirements
