Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert based in Athens to deliver after-sales support for premium appliances via phone, email, and live chat. Salesforce CRM is used to log interactions and manage cases.

The role may include English-language support during peak periods. You will handle product-related inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to written support channels while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 Dutch proficiency.
• B2–C1 English (required for training and internal communication)
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and after-sales support via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle customer inquiries related to product malfunctions, deliveries, and refund requests
• Manage all interactions through Salesforce CRM
• Contribute to written support channels during low-volume periods
