Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
