Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role is on-site with a relocation package and opportunities for bonuses depending on the project.

Requirements include Dutch C1 level and English B2–C1 level, with strong communication skills. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
