Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. The role is on-site, with Monday–Friday schedules, and may involve occasional weekend shifts depending on projects.

You will handle inquiries, provide professional support, and resolve issues across several customer touchpoints. Required are Dutch C1 and English B2–C1, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, project dependent.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional support.
• Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
