Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents for on-site roles in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate support and resolving issues across products, services, and accounts.

Salary starts at €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) with project-based bonuses and a full relocation package. Monday–Friday with occasional weekend shifts and visa/work rights in Greece are required.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
