WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. The roles span customer service, after-sales support, or technical assistance, with on-site work and a 14-month salary structure plus project-based bonuses and a comprehensive relocation package.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; CRM-based case management; escalation when needed; and clear product/service explanations.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.
