WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or business customer support. Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece.

On-site work model. Dutch language at C1, English at B2–C1, and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Comfortable working with computers and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional support.
• Resolve product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and meet service quality standards.
