Job summary

Kaleido is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Employee to join our Utrecht-based team. You will deliver multilingual, responsive support to Kaleido users, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

You will answer calls from the Netherlands, reply to emails and social media questions, assist with complaint reporting and regulatory checks for a medical device, and collaborate with the sales team to onboard new users.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle inquiries across phone, email and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls from users in the Netherlands and representing Kaleido as a brand ambassador.
• Responding to emails and social media questions from (potential) customers and partners.
• Supporting complaint reporting and facilitating the required legal and regulatory checks for a medical device.
• Collaborating with the sales team to help onboard new users.
