Job summary

Kaleido in Utrecht, Netherlands seeks a Customer Care Specialist who speaks Dutch to join the team. You will provide multilingual customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the sales team while ensuring a positive user experience.

You will answer calls and emails from partners and customers, transfer product knowledge to partners, assist with complaint handling under medical device controls, and collaborate with the sales team to onboard new users.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer care focused role.
• Ability to learn technology quickly and adapt to changing environment.
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from partners in the Netherlands and represent Kaleido.
• Answer emails and social media inquiries from customers and partners.
• Handle second level complaints for different countries and prepare information for investigations.
• Transfer product knowledge to partners and support complaint reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new users from campaigns, conferences, etc.
