Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Netherlands partners and represent Kaleido with professionalism and empathy.
• Handle emails and social media inquiries from customers and partners.
• Resolve second-level complaints and provide complete information for investigations.
• Transfer product knowledge to partners and contribute to onboarding new users with the sales team.
• Support complaint reporting and ensure regulatory controls for a medical device are followed.
