Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers through the service journey.
• Manage service requests, quotations, orders and follow-ups for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with service engineers, repair centers, logistics and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up on complaints.
• Support quality and compliance in a regulated MedTech environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Participate in UAT and projects to improve tools and processes.
