Job summary

Rentman B.V. is hiring a First Line Technical Support Specialist (Dutch Speaking) in Utrecht. You’ll become the go-to expert for English- and Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries across email, chat and phone while building deep product knowledge and owning issues from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into improvements and help shape a scalable support experience for a complex SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Fluent Dutch and English (native or C1 level).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to investigate issues.
• Clear communication: explain complex problems simply.
• Ownership mindset and team-first attitude.
• Curiosity and love of technology; adaptable to weekly product updates.

Responsibilities

• Help customers get unstuck via email, chat and phone.
• Own customer issues from start to finish, investigate and troubleshoot.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date with weekly updates and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn feedback into improvements.
• Maintain accurate data in Zendesk and Aircall to improve the customer experience.
• Contribute to smarter support through structured processes and AI/self-service.
