Job summary

Puzzel is seeking an Account Executive for the Netherlands (Amsterdam area) to drive new business in a remote-first, hybrid-friendly environment. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting SMBs with ARR in the €50k–€250k range, and collaborate with teams across Insurance, Banking, Utilities, and Government sectors.

You will cultivate relationships, run demos, and lead strategic selling motions using MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.

Qualifications

• Dutch native with strong English proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience managing full sales cycle in SaaS/CX or similar.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC and/or Challenger) and sales pipelining.
• Proactive hunter mentality with ability to self-generate pipeline.
• Autonomy to sell in a new market and work in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships; own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead activities to drive growth and profitability within the portfolio.
• Conduct demos and presentations to prospects.
• Manage portfolio performance and budgets; meet deadlines.
