Job summary

Puzzel is seeking a Dutch Account Executive to join our remote-first, hybrid-friendly sales team in Amsterdam and surrounding areas.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting SMEs with ARR €50k–€250k, across sectors like finance, utilities, and local government. Strong communication and a hunter mindset are essential, with flexibility and cross-border collaboration valued.

Qualifications

• Dutch native speaker with strong English communication.
• 1–3 years’ experience managing full sales cycle in SaaS.
• Experience selling into Insurance, Banking, Finance, Utilities or Local Government is advantageous.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, autonomous and able to generate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct demos and presentations to prospects.
• Manage and grow your portfolio with a structured approach.
• Collaborate with RevOps and marketing to accelerate growth.
