Job summary

Personio seeks an Account Executive for the Benelux region to drive growth by acquiring new SME customers (25-200 FTE). You’ll generate pipeline, understand client needs, demonstrate value, and close deals that transform HR processes.

You’ll work 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office, with the remaining days flexible. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer journey and traction in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial selling experience in the software industry.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Driven and target-focused with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate a robust pipeline in the Benelux market.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Assess customer needs and position Personio’s value proposition.
• Negotiate deals and close opportunities to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, SDRs, Implementation, and Account Management.
