Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is helping a sustainability-focused mobility company in Amsterdam hire a Customer Support Representative. You will handle Dutch and English inquiries via multiple channels, guide customers through services, and troubleshoot basic issues.

Qualifications

• Near-native fluency in Dutch and professional fluency in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Comfortable handling customer contacts across phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels.
• Self-sufficient with structured processes and initiative to improve

Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch and English customer contacts via phone, email, WhatsApp and in-app messages.
• Guide customers through services and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Log issues and feedback, feeding into product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, operations and tech teams to resolve escalated cases.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and cover shifts as needed.
