Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Commercial Manager, Dental Sleep to drive Narval CC MAD adoption across the Netherlands. You will develop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and help navigate the evolving sleep-disordered breathing landscape.

You will deliver training, run territory plans and monitor reimbursement developments to identify opportunities and optimize market access. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial or account management experience.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and translate opportunities into growth.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills across stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse customer and market data and convert into actionable plans.
• Sound commercial judgement and problem-solving across a range of issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand Narval CC adoption in the Netherlands.
• Build partnerships with dentists, ENT doctors, oral surgeons, pulmonologists and somnologists to raise awareness of MAD treatment.
• Deliver product training, presentations and clinical support to enable proper use of Resmed solutions.
• Create territory plans based on customer and market insights and focus activity for maximum impact.
• Monitor Dutch healthcare developments and reimbursement landscape to identify opportunities and propose actions.
• Organise customer, professional and scientific events to strengthen knowledge and engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce to enable planning and follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
