Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Commercial Manager, Dental Sleep for the Netherlands. You will expand Narval CC adoption across the country, build trusted relationships with dentists and specialists, deliver training and support, and translate market insights into practical commercial actions across a national territory.

You will navigate the Dutch reimbursement landscape, organise professional events, and collaborate with marketing, consulting, and sales colleagues to ensure a consistent customer

Qualifications

• Five+ years in commercial or account management, ideally in dental/medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record turning opportunities into growth.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to analyse customer and market insights into clear actions.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to expand Narval CC adoption across the Netherlands.
• Build partnerships with dentists, ENT doctors, oral surgeons, pulmonologists, somnologists to raise awareness of MAD treatment.
• Deliver product training, presentations and clinical support for healthcare professionals.
• Create and execute territory plans; focus on high-impact activities.
• Monitor Dutch healthcare, reimbursement landscape and guidelines to identify opportunities and actionable steps.
• Organise events to build knowledge and market engagement; maintain CRM data for planning and follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Resolve customer and business challenges independently within commercial objectives.

Role purpose

Build the future of dental sleep medicine in the Netherlands.

Join Resmed as Commercial Manager, Dental Sleep, and help expand access to Narval CC mandibular advancement device treatment across the Netherlands. You will develop trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, strengthen awareness and appropriate adoption of our solution, and turn market insight into focused commercial action. Combining account development with specialised clinical and market knowledge, you will help customers navigate an evolving treatment landscape and support more people living with sleep-disordered breathing.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, expanding adoption of Narval CC and supporting sustainable business growth across the Netherlands.
• Build trusted partnerships with dentists, ENT doctors, oral surgeons, pulmonologists, somnologists to strengthen awareness of mandibular advancement device treatment.
• Deliver product training, presentations and technical or clinical support that helps healthcare professionals use Resmed solutions appropriately and confidently.
• Create and execute territory plans based on customer and market, focusing activity where it can have the greatest impact.
• Monitor developments in the Dutch healthcare system, reimbursement landscape and sleep apnoea guidance to identify opportunities and recommend practical commercial actions.
• Organise and participate in customer, professional and scientific events that build knowledge, relationships and market engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce or the applicable CRM system, enabling informed planning and effective follow-through.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing and consulting colleagues to align priorities and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Resolve varied customer and business challenges independently, applying sound judgement within agreed commercial objectives.

What You Bring

• At least five years of relevant commercial or account management experience, preferably within dental, medical device or healthcare environments.
• A track record of developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship‑building capabilities across different professional stakeholder groups.
• The ability to analyse customer, market and translate it into clear, practical actions.
• Sound commercial judgement and experience resolving a broad range of customer‑related issues.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Effective planning, organisation and prioritisation, with the ability to work independently across a national territory.

Nice to Have

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of dental sleep medicine, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM or related technologies.
• Working knowledge of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement environment.
