Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Commercial Manager, Dental Sleep to expand Narval CC MAD adoption across the Netherlands. You will develop relationships with dentists and other healthcare professionals, provide training and support, and turn market insights into actionable commercial plans.

With at least five years in healthcare commercial roles, you will build territory plans, monitor reimbursement changes, and collaborate with sales, marketing and consulting teams to deliver a consistent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in commercial or account management within healthcare.
• Proven track record of turning opportunities into growth.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Independent planning across a national territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with dentists and other healthcare professionals to expand Narval CC adoption.
• Build trusted partnerships to strengthen awareness of mandibular advancement device treatment.
• Deliver product training, presentations and clinical/support to professionals.
• Create territory plans based on customer and market insights.
• Monitor healthcare system developments, reimbursement, and guidance to identify opportunities.
• Organise events to build knowledge, relationships, and market engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and enable informed planning and follow-through.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing and consulting colleagues for consistent customer experience.
• Resolve varied customer challenges with sound judgement within commercial objectives.
