ResMed in the Netherlands is seeking a Commercial Manager for Dental Sleep to expand Narval CC adoption across the country. You will develop trusted relationships with dentists, ENT doctors, and other specialists, and guide market access through training and practical commercial actions.

You will monitor the Dutch reimbursement landscape, organize events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and sustainable business growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of relevant commercial or account management experience, preferably within dental, medical device or healthcare environments.
• A track record of developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into sustainable business growth.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building capabilities across different professional stakeholder groups.
• The ability to analyse customer, market and translate it into clear, practical actions.
• Sound commercial judgement and experience resolving a broad range of customer-related issues.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
• Effective planning, organisation and prioritisation, with the ability to work independently across a national territory.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, expanding adoption of Narval CC and supporting sustainable business growth across the Netherlands.
• Build trusted partnerships with dentists, ENT doctors, oral surgeons, pulmonologists, somnologists to strengthen awareness of mandibular advancement device treatment.
• Deliver product training, presentations and technical or clinical support that helps healthcare professionals use Resmed solutions appropriately and confidently.
• Create and execute territory plans based on customer and market, focusing activity where it can have the greatest impact.
• Monitor developments in the Dutch healthcare system, reimbursement landscape and sleep apnoea guidance to identify opportunities and recommend practical commercial actions.
• Organise and participate in customer, professional and scientific events that build knowledge, relationships and market engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in Salesforce or the applicable CRM system, enabling informed planning and effective follow-through.
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing and consulting colleagues to align priorities and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Resolve varied customer and business challenges independently, applying sound judgement within agreed commercial objectives.
