Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join its high-energy kitchen on Amsterdam’s vibrant Zuidas district. You will support breakfast, bar and event service, while maintaining high standards and HACCP compliance in a dynamic, international team.

English is the main language, and shifts include AM/PM coverage, with opportunities to grow within the brand across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking that you can demonstrate.
• You have worked in a commercial kitchen before.
• You enjoy working in an international team (English is the main language).
• You are able to work with flexible schedule (AM or PM).
• You are able to work independently and without supervision at times but you do not mind helping other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and service of breakfast, room service, bar menu, events, and staff canteen.
• Supporting the Chef de Partie in daily mise-en-place and cooking.
• Working with strict recipes and presenting the dishes to the hotel standard.
• Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of dishes.
• Following HACCP procedures carefully.
• Contributing ideas, creativity and teamwork within the kitchen.
