Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Chef de Partie for nhow Amsterdam RAI, a vibrant, high-energy hotel kitchen on the 17th floor. You will prepare and present dishes, support the kitchen leadership, and ensure quality and consistency across meals in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience as an independent chef or commis chef.
• Passion for food and creating unique guest experiences.
• Able to work in an international team (English as main language).
• Flexible schedule (AM or PM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to nhow standards.
• Support other departments and kitchen leadership team.
• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of dishes.
• Follow HACCP procedures carefully.
• Assist with mise en place and kitchen preparation.
• Contribute ideas, creativity and teamwork within the kitchen.
