Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI invites a Chef de Partie to join its high-energy, world-class kitchen on the 17th floor of a 650-room hotel. The role focuses on preparing and presenting dishes to nhow standards within a vibrant, multicultural environment in Amsterdam’s Zuidas district.

You will work with an international team, with English as the main language, in a dynamic kitchen operation ranging from breakfast to banquets, and support the kitchen leadership in maintaining quality and innovations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English to work in an international team.
• Able to maintain high-quality food presentation with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a flexible AM/PM schedule and in a large hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to nhow standards.
• Support other departments and kitchen leadership team.
• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of dishes.
• Follow HACCP procedures carefully.
• Assist with mise en place and kitchen preparation.
• Contribute ideas, creativity and teamwork within the kitchen.
