Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will support the kitchen with setting up mise-en-place and confidently running your section during busy services.

You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company standards while ensuring high levels of food quality, hygiene and safety. Experience in a similar role is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up strong mise-en-place and confidently run your section in a busy service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes from the menu in line with company standards.
