AirC2 in the Netherlands seeks a data management and documentation specialist to administer contractual documents, update status reports, and manage CDRLs. You will coordinate stakeholder reviews and execute official document releases.

You will also handle project correspondence with NATO entities and contractors, and administer SharePoint platforms to ensure consistent content organization and access control, including legacy records where needed.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Higher vocational training with 2 years of post-related experience, or secondary education with 4 years of experience.
• At least 2 years in comparable duties involving project data administration and correspondence.
• Desirable: PRINCE2 Foundation; SharePoint 2019 power user / content admin certification.

Responsabilités

• Data management and documentation: administer status reports for contractual documentation, manage CDRL documents, coordinate reviews, and release documents.
• Correspondence & workflow administration: handle all incoming/outgoing project correspondence according to guidelines.
• Online platform & website administration: manage AirC2 collaborative platforms and SharePoint sites, including user access and content structuring.
