Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Document Controller to join the project team in Amsterdam to manage, distribute and quality control project documentation. You will work with design, engineering and site management to maintain records, ensure version control and compliance with project requirements.

You will configure change control within the CDE, prepare distribution matrices and attend meetings to discuss IM matters, while training users of FV and VFP and supporting ISM to uphold DPD standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of project data from multiple sources.
• Ability to educate stakeholders on DPD protocols.
• Experience with design teams, clients, subs, and supply chain partners.
• Willingness to train others and mentor.
• Knowledge of file naming standards and conventions.

Responsibilities

• Document management: classify, register, distribute and retrieve project documentation.
• Maintain central site files, controlled drawings, and BCAR files.
• Configure change control within the CDE and prepare distribution matrices.
• Attend project meetings to discuss documentation and information management.
• Support ISM to ensure compliance with DPD procedures.
