A leading data centre delivery partner in Amsterdam is seeking a Document Controller responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong IT and English communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role.
• High level of verbal and written English is essential.
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with knowledge sharing applications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards.
• Distribute and track documents for stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project registers.
• Analyse and summarize data from project logs.
• Generate reports to support project tracking.
• Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents.
• Liaise with external consultants for documentation compliance.
• Support QA, QC, and HSE initiatives.
