Job summary

Aquablu B.V. is hiring an entry-level sales professional to launch a career focused on prospecting, qualification, and discovery with channel partners in the DACH region. You’ll receive hands-on coaching, AI-powered tools, and clear growth paths into senior commercial roles.

You’ll be on the phone daily, building strong commercial skills and advancing toward roles like Account Executive, with a base salary of €36k–€42k plus an OTE of €50k–€58k and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in German (required) and English.
• Based in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns across the DACH market using phone, email, LinkedIn and social channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book high-quality discovery meetings.
• Partner with AEs and channel managers to build account plans for priority German, Swiss and Austrian accounts.
• Use data and CRM insights to prioritise outreach and report on pipeline health.
• Feed market intelligence back into marketing, product, and sales leadership.
• Represent Aquablu: travel to partner events and trade shows across the German-speaking regions.
