Aquablu in the Amsterdam area is hiring an entry‑level Sales Development Representative to launch your career in outbound sales. You’ll prospect, qualify leads, and book high‑quality discovery meetings for our DACH partners, with hands‑on coaching and AI‑powered tools.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll travel to partner events in German‑speaking regions. The role offers a base salary of €36k–€42k plus on‑target earnings of €50k–€58k and 26 paid holidays, with clear growth paths into Account

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English is essential (other European languages a plus).
• Experience in outbound sales, customer-facing roles, or hospitality is valuable.
• Comfortable on the phone and motivated by hitting targets.
• Highly coachable with a proactive, self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns across the DACH market via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings.
• Partner with AEs and channel managers to build account plans for German, Swiss and Austrian accounts.
• Use data and CRM insights to prioritize outreach and report on pipeline health.
• Feed market intelligence back to marketing, product, and sales leadership.
• Travel to partner events and trade shows across German-speaking regions.
• Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge for German-speaking prospects.
